Single Arm Farmer Walk

A one-sided loaded carry that builds grip, core stability, and endurance. Because the weight sits on only one side, your core fires hard to keep you from tipping, training strong anti-rotation strength.

How to do it

  1. 1

    Stand tall with a dumbbell in your right hand, arm straight at your side.

  2. 2

    Brace your core and keep your torso upright, fighting the pull of the weight.

  3. 3

    Walk forward at a normal pace with a tall posture.

  4. 4

    Cover the set distance or time.

  5. 5

    Swap the dumbbell to your left hand and repeat.
