FOREARMS

Handle Band Reverse Curl

BeginnerResistance band

A reverse-grip curl using a handle band. The overhand grip shifts more of the load onto your forearms while still working the biceps, and the band's tension climbs as you curl higher.

How to do it

  1. 1

Stand tall with feet shoulder width, standing on the middle of the band with both feet.

  2. 2

Hold the handles with an overhand grip, palms down, hands by your hips.

  3. 3

Bend your elbows to curl the handles up toward your shoulders.

  4. 4

Keep your elbows tucked close to your torso.

  5. 5

Lower back down to the start under control.
