PVC Forearm Stretch

A forearm mobility drill that uses a PVC pipe to deepen a wrist stretch. The extra leverage helps you reach a fuller stretch than you'd manage on your own, easing tightness before or after heavy lifting.

How to do it

  1. 1

    Rotate one arm inward as far as it goes and grip the top of a PVC pipe with that hand.

  2. 2

    Hold the lower end of the pipe with your other hand.

  3. 3

    Raise the lower hand upward to lever the pipe and increase the stretch in the working forearm.

  4. 4

    Hold for the set time or reps.

  5. 5

    Switch sides and repeat.
