Weighted Torture Twist
Adding a weight plate to the Torture Twist sharply increases the load your core must control while your torso hangs out parallel to the floor. The suspended, weighted rotation is an advanced test of core stability and strength. Only attempt it once you've mastered the unweighted version.
How to do it

Sit with your hips on the glute-ham pad and lock your feet into the foot pads, holding a weight plate with straight arms in front of your chest.

Lower your torso until it's in line with your legs, keeping your arms extended.

Rotate your shoulders and torso to one side, sweeping the plate down in a circular arc.

Rotate back through the middle.

Continue the arc to bring the plate to the other side, staying level and controlled.
