Ab Crunch Machine
A machine-based crunch that lets you load your abs with adjustable weight. The fixed path removes the need to stabilize yourself, so you can zero in on the crunch itself and progressively add resistance as you get stronger.
How to do it

Sit on the machine, secure your feet, and take hold of the handles so the pad rests on your shoulders.

Set your grip and posture so you're upright and supported.

Crunch by drawing your lower ribs down toward your belly button, pulling the pad with your shoulders.

Exhale as you contract and reach the bottom of the movement.
- 5
Return slowly to the start, keeping tension on your abs, and repeat.
