ABS

TRX Suspended Plank

BeginnerTRX

A forearm plank with your feet suspended in TRX straps, which introduces sway your core must constantly correct. That extra instability pushes the abs harder than a plank with feet on the floor.

How to do it

  1. 1

Lie face down with elbows under your shoulders, forearms parallel and palms down, feet near the TRX anchor.

  2. 2

Set the handles one to two feet off the floor so you can slot your feet into the straps.

  3. 3

Slide both feet into the straps.

  4. 4

Brace your core and lift your knees to form a straight line from heels to shoulders.

  5. 5

Hold for the set time, keeping your hips level and back flat.
