TRX Side Plank
A side plank with your feet suspended in TRX straps, which adds wobble your obliques must fight to stay aligned. That instability ramps up the demand on your lateral core compared to a floor version.
How to do it

Lie on your side with your bottom elbow bent to 90 degrees under your shoulder and legs extended.

Set the TRX handles one to two feet off the floor with the anchor above your feet.

Slide both feet into the straps, staggering one foot in front of the other.
- 4
Lift your hips and brace your core to make a straight line from shoulders to heels.
- 5
Hold for the set time, then switch sides.
