TRX Resisted Rotation 2
This tougher TRX rotation keeps your feet together to shrink your base and crank up the instability. As you twist and lean away from the anchor, your core fights to control the rotation and keep you balanced. It builds anti-rotation strength and full-body stability.
How to do it
- 1
Stand in a staggered stance, one side facing the TRX anchor, holding both handles with clasped hands at your chest.
- 2
Lean away from the anchor while rotating your shoulders toward the anchor side to extend your arms.
- 3
Keep your arms straight as you rotate back and draw the handles to your chest.
- 4
Move with control and keep your core engaged even between reps.
- 5
Complete your reps, then turn around and repeat facing the other way.
