TRX Resisted Rotation 1
You start to topple sideways on the straps, then fire your core to arrest the fall and rotate back to standing. It builds anti-rotation strength, balance, and some shoulder work from holding the handles.
How to do it
- 1
Stand in a staggered stance, side-on to the TRX anchor, holding the handles at your chest with both hands.
- 2
Let yourself fall away from the anchor while rotating your shoulders to extend your arms out.
- 3
Keep your arms extended as you rotate back and bring the handles to your chest.
- 4
Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- 5
Keep your core braced the whole time, even between reps.
