ABS
TRX Fallout
A suspension anti-extension drill where you fall forward on the straps and let your arms travel overhead. The abs work overtime to stop your lower back from arching, while the shoulders and chest help stabilize. Builds serious anti-extension strength through the whole core.
How to do it
- 1
Face away from the anchor and grip both handles at waist height with no slack in the straps.
- 2
Brace hard by breathing into your belly and locking down the abs so your back can't arch.
- 3
Tip forward onto the balls of your feet until your body sits at about a 60-degree angle.
- 4
With arms only slightly bent, let your shoulders travel overhead as your body lowers toward 45 degrees.
- 5
Exhale forcefully and drive back through the arms to return to the start.
