TRX Ab Rollout
The TRX Ab Rollout mimics a wheel rollout using suspension handles, loading your core through a long, controlled range. It hammers the abs while also asking a lot of your shoulders to keep the arms extended. Building the strength to resist that extension is what makes it effective.
How to do it

Kneel upright on the floor and grip the TRX handles with straight arms just ahead of your body.

Keep a straight line from knees to shoulders and brace your core hard.
- 3
Slowly let your body fall forward, keeping arms extended, until the handles reach about head height.
- 4
Resist the urge to let your hips sag or your lower back arch.
- 5
Pull yourself back to the tall kneeling position using your core.
- 6
Repeat for the prescribed reps.
