Pallof Press Walk Out

A Pallof press where you walk away from the anchor with your arms extended, ramping up the anti-rotation demand with every step. It builds core stability and functional strength as you fight the growing pull to twist.

How to do it

    Anchor a loop band to a stable point.

  2. 2

    Stand side-on to the anchor with your hands in line with the band when extended.

  3. 3

    Grab the band with both hands and extend your arms out in front of you.

  4. 4

    Step away until the band has tension, then take small steps further away with your arms held out.

  5. 5

    Keep your core braced, back straight, gaze forward, and knees slightly bent while resisting the band's pull.

  6. 6

    When you can't go further, step slowly back toward the start.
