Opposite Leg Toe Touch

A cross-body toe touch that adds a twist as you reach the opposite hand toward a raised leg. It works the core while bringing in the hamstrings and glutes, and sharpens coordination and balance.

How to do it

    Lie flat on your back with legs straight and arms extended on the floor.

  2. 2

    Raise one straight leg over your hips while curling your torso up to reach the opposite hand toward that toe.

  3. 3

    Reach as far as you can, even if you don't quite touch.

  4. 4

    Return to the starting position under control.

  5. 5

    Repeat on the other side and keep alternating.
