Mini Loop Band Mountain Climber

Mountain climbers with a band looped around the feet, adding resistance to every knee drive. It keeps your heart rate up while the band makes the core, shoulders, and legs work harder than the standard version.

How to do it

    Set your hands under your shoulders in a plank with a mini loop band around both feet.

  2. 2

    Lift your hips and knees, then jump your right knee up toward your chest against the band.

  3. 3

    Quickly return your right foot as you drive your left knee up toward your chest.

  4. 4

    Keep alternating knees at a quick pace for the set time or reps.

  5. 5

    Hold a stable plank line throughout without letting your hips pike up.
