Mini Loop Band Around the World Plank
A plank variation where one hand traces a clock face while a band resists the movement. Reaching in every direction against the band while balancing on the other three limbs makes your core work hard to stop you rotating.
How to do it

Set your hands under your shoulders with a mini loop band around both wrists.

Lift your hips and knees into a high plank, forming a straight line from shoulders to heels.
- 3
Move one hand forward to 12 o'clock, out to 3 o'clock, then back to 6 o'clock against the band's tension.
- 4
Return that hand to the start and repeat the pattern with the other hand.

Keep your hips level and back flat throughout, never letting them dip.
