Leg Pull-In
A bodyweight core move that works the abs by keeping your legs elevated and drawing your knees toward your chest. Holding the legs up already loads the core, and pulling them in adds the main work for the lower abs.
How to do it

Lie on your back with legs extended and arms at your sides, palms down.

Brace your core by breathing into your belly and tightening your abs.
- 3
Keeping your arms on the floor, pull your knees up toward your chest with shins parallel to the ground.
- 4
Once your thighs reach your midsection, pause and hold briefly.
- 5
Lower your legs back down under control without letting your heels touch, then repeat.
