Flutter Kicks
A bodyweight core exercise done on a bench with your legs hanging off one end, similar to scissor kicks. The extra clearance under your legs gives you more range as each leg drops, adding to the challenge for the lower core.
How to do it

Lie face up on a bench with your legs extended, mid-thigh resting on the end edge.

Grip the bench firmly underneath for support.

Keeping your knees straight, raise one leg upward.
- 4
Lower that leg under control, staying tight through the hamstring and glute.
- 5
As it returns to the start, raise the other leg, and keep alternating.
