Elbow to Knee Crunch
Adding a twist to the crunch brings the obliques into play alongside the abs. Driving your elbow across to the opposite knee makes for a more intense contraction than a straight-ahead crunch.
How to do it

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat, one hand behind your head.

Lift your shoulders off the floor and rotate so your elbow arcs toward the opposite knee.

Hold the top position for a moment with your core engaged.

Lower your torso back down slowly under control.
- 5
Keep working the same side for your reps, then switch.
