Balance Trainer Star Plank Knee to Elbow
A demanding side-plank variation where you balance on the dome in a spread star shape, then crunch a knee to meet the opposite elbow. It loads the obliques, deep core, and shoulders while the unstable base forces constant correction. Considerably harder than a standard plank.
How to do it

Set one hand on the center of the dome and press into a side plank, top arm reaching overhead.

Lift the top leg to open into the star position and steady yourself.

Bring the lifted knee and the lifted elbow toward each other in a crunch.

Extend back out to the star, keeping your balance.
- 5
Complete your reps on one side, then switch and repeat.
- 6
Stay braced through the core the whole time.
