Balance Trainer Stability Ball Knee Tucks
A knee tuck done in a plank with your hands on a BOSU and shins on a stability ball, stacking two unstable surfaces. The double instability forces the core, hip flexors, and shoulders to work hard to stay balanced.
How to do it
- 1
Set up in a plank with the balance trainer platform-side up, hands gripping the platform handles.
- 2
Rest your lower legs and feet on top of a stability ball, holding a balanced plank.
- 3
Tuck your knees in toward your chest, rolling the ball forward.
- 4
Extend your legs back out to the plank position.
- 5
Keep your core braced throughout and avoid arching your lower back.
