BICEPS

Mini Loop Band Kneeling Bicep Curl

BeginnerResistance band

A single-arm biceps curl done in a half-kneeling stance with a mini loop band under your foot. The band adds resistance that climbs through the curl for strong biceps activation, while kneeling pulls your core in to keep you steady. It also encourages clean, controlled reps.

How to do it

  1. 1

Drop into a half-kneeling position with your left knee down and right foot forward.

  2. 2

Pin the band under your right foot and grip it with your right hand, resting your right elbow on your right knee.

  3. 3

Bend your right elbow to curl the band up toward your right shoulder.

  4. 4

Squeeze the biceps at the top.

  5. 5

Lower the band back to the starting position under control.

  6. 6

Finish your reps, then switch sides and repeat.
