How to do it

Stand on the middle of a loop band with feet shoulder-width apart and toes turned out slightly.

Grip the band with both hands underhand, roughly shoulder-width apart.

Begin with your hands near your hips and your arms at your sides.

Bend your elbows to curl the band up toward your shoulders.

Lower it back down under control and repeat.
