BICEPS
Handle Band Bicep Curl
A resistance band with handles provides the load here, with tension increasing as the band stretches toward the top. Working each arm independently helps prevent your stronger side from taking over. It's an accessible, joint-friendly way to learn and train the curl without restricting your range of motion.
How to do it
- 1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, standing on the middle of the band.
- 2
Hold a handle in each hand at your sides with an underhand grip.
- 3
Keep your elbows tucked against your torso.
- 4
Bend your elbows to curl the handles up toward your shoulders.
- 5
Lower the handles back to the starting position with control and repeat.
