Medicine Ball Slam

A full-body power move where you drive a medicine ball into the ground as forcefully as you can. It fires up the back, shoulders, and core while spiking your heart rate, blending strength and conditioning in one explosive rep.

How to do it

    Set your feet a little wider than your shoulders and lift the ball overhead.

  2. 2

    Soften your elbows and tighten your midsection, breathing into your belly.

  3. 3

    Snap your hips back and bend your knees slightly to start pulling the ball down.

  4. 4

    As your hands pass your waist, drive the ball down hard into the floor.

  5. 5

    Dip down to grab the ball and stand back tall to reset for the next rep.
