BACK
Loop Band Standing Single Arm Row
A standing one-arm row with an anchored loop band that targets the back, biceps, and rear shoulder. Rowing one side at a time evens out imbalances while your core works to keep you steady on your feet. It's a versatile posture and pulling-strength builder that scales to any level.
How to do it
- 1
Anchor the loop band to something at about elbow height.
- 2
Take hold of the band in your working hand.
- 3
Adjust tension by stepping closer to or farther from the anchor.
- 4
Brace your core, keep your back flat and chest up.
- 5
Reach your arm out toward the anchor with your palm facing down.
- 6
Pull your elbow back to your side, turning your wrist to face up at the finish, then reverse under control.
