QUADS
TRX Rocket Launchers
TRX rocket launchers are a high-intensity plyometric move that uses the suspension straps for support while you drive out of a squat and leave the ground. The explosive effort builds power and conditioning through the quads, glutes, and calves. It's a demanding variation for anyone wanting to raise the intensity of their leg training.
How to do it
- 1
Hold both handles so they sit close to your armpits.
- 2
Walk your feet back to set the angle and lean you want for the exercise.
- 3
Bend your knees into an angled squat and pause for a beat.
- 4
Push hard through the balls of your feet to spring up, letting your feet briefly leave the floor.
- 5
Land gently with bent knees, keeping tension in your legs as you swing back down.
- 6
Stay tall through your core and chest, then repeat.
