2-Box Depth Jump
The 2-box depth jump has you step off one box, absorb the landing, then immediately rebound onto a second box, tapping into the muscles' stretch-reflex for explosive power. It trains the quads and the whole leg to switch from absorbing force to producing it in an instant. This is an advanced plyometric drill for serious jump performance.
How to do it

Set two sturdy boxes a few feet apart and stand on top of one, facing the other.

Keep your back straight, chest up and eyes on your landing spot.

Step one leg out over the gap and let yourself fall, bringing your feet under you.

Land on the balls of your feet with knees bent and hips back, arms swinging behind you.

Immediately swing your arms forward and explode up and forward off both feet.

Land softly on top of the second box with bent knees and hips pushed back.
