TRX Reverse Lunge to Knee Drive
This combines a reverse lunge with a knee drive, working the quads, glutes, and hamstrings while the knee drive adds a balance and conditioning challenge. Coming out of the lunge straight into a powerful knee lift trains single-leg stability and explosiveness. The TRX straps assist your balance so you can focus on the drive.
How to do it

Stand with feet together, holding the TRX handles at shoulder height with bent elbows.

Step one foot back and bend both knees to lower into a lunge until the rear knee touches the floor.

Step that foot back up to standing, then drive its knee up toward your chest.

Control the movement using the straps for balance.

Repeat on the other side.
