How to do it

Stand on your front leg with the other knee bent behind you, holding the TRX handles at shoulder height with elbows slightly bent.

Bend the front knee and hip to lower into a lunge until the rear knee nearly touches the floor.

Drive up explosively and jump off the front foot.

Land softly and reset into the lunge.

Finish your reps, then switch legs.
