QUADS
TRX Lunge
A reverse lunge assisted by TRX straps that support your balance as you move. It strengthens the quads and glutes while the straps let you adjust intensity and depth, making it a versatile option for a wide range of fitness levels.
How to do it
- 1
Set the TRX straps so the handles sit around chest height.
- 2
Face the anchor with feet about shoulder-width apart and a slight bend in your knees.
- 3
Grip the handles with a neutral grip, palms facing each other.
- 4
Shift your weight to one leg and step the other leg back, using the straps for balance.
- 5
Lower into the lunge while extending your arms to keep tension on the straps.
- 6
Drive through your front leg to stand back up, then switch legs and repeat.
