QUADS
Partner Wall Sit And Tricep Dip
This paired exercise combines a wall sit and tricep dips, with one partner acting as the bench for the other. The person holding the wall sit builds quad and glute endurance, while the dipping partner trains the triceps, and both develop strength through the shared setup.
How to do it
- 1
Partner 1 leans against a wall and walks the feet out until the thighs are parallel to the floor.

Partner 1 holds this wall sit by squeezing the quads and glutes for the whole set.

Partner 2 stands with their back to Partner 1, leans back, and places their hands on Partner 1's knees.
- 4
Partner 2 walks the feet forward to shift weight onto the hands.
- 5
Partner 2 bends the elbows to lower the torso, then presses through the triceps to rise.
- 6
After the reps, partners switch positions and repeat.
