Burpee High Jump

An advanced burpee that finishes with a maximal vertical jump instead of a small hop. It works the whole body but leans heavily on the legs and core, and the explosive jump turns it into a serious power and conditioning builder. Expect a big cardiovascular hit alongside the strength demand.

How to do it

    Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.

  2. 2

    Reach your hands to the floor outside your feet and jump your legs back into a plank.

  3. 3

    Bend your elbows to lower your chest to the floor, then press up and jump your feet back to your hands.

  4. 4

    Explode upward into a high vertical jump.

  5. 5

    Land softly and repeat for your target reps.
