How to do it

    Stand holding the balance trainer at your torso, platform side up and dome facing down.

    Squat and lower the dome to the floor.

  3. 3

    Jump your feet back into a plank on the trainer and perform one push-up.

    Jump your feet back up into a squat.

  5. 5

    Stand, lifting the balance trainer overhead, then lower it back to the start.

  6. 6

    Keep your core braced throughout every rep.
