Partner Leg Up Stretch
This assisted stretch has one partner gently lifting the other's leg to open up the hamstrings. Because a partner controls the movement, you can reach a deeper, more controlled stretch than working solo, which helps improve range of motion and release lower body tension.
How to do it

Partner 1 sits on the floor, tucks one leg under, and extends the other leg forward.

Partner 2 stands or kneels behind Partner 1 with feet together.

Partner 1 reaches both hands back around Partner 2's legs and clasps their own hands to stay anchored.

Partner 1 raises the straight leg up toward Partner 2.
- 5
Partner 2 leans over and grasps the raised leg, slowly lifting it to deepen the hamstring stretch.

Hold at the point of a comfortable stretch, then switch legs and swap roles.
