Box Jump
An explosive plyometric that trains jumping power through the legs and hips. It's a versatile way to add power work or a little cardio, and you can scale it easily by choosing a taller or shorter box to match your ability.
How to do it

Stand a few inches from the box with your feet about hip-width apart.

Hinge at the hips and swing your arms back to load up.
- 3
Keep your torso rigid and heels down as you dip into a quarter squat.
- 4
Immediately explode upward, extending your hips and knees and swinging your arms forward.
- 5
Land on top of the box as quietly as you can, absorbing the impact by bending your knees and hips.
- 6
Step back down carefully and reset for the next rep.
