TRX Calf Raise
Using TRX straps for the calf raise lets you lean forward and reach a deeper range than a standing raise allows. The extra range means more calf activation on every rep, while the straps give you light support for balance. A simple way to get more out of a basic movement.
How to do it

Stand tall holding the TRX handles with an overhand grip in front of your shoulders.

Keep your legs straight and lean forward slightly against the straps.
- 3
Push through the balls of your feet to raise your heels onto your tiptoes.
- 4
Squeeze the calves at the top.
- 5
Lower your heels back down under control and repeat.
