How to do it

    Hold a dumbbell in each hand, arms hanging at your sides.

    Squeeze your calves to lift your heels, keeping a slight bend in your knees.

    Walk forward with your weight staying on the balls of your feet.

    Keep your shoulders back, chest up, and knees softly bent as you go.

  5. 5

    Continue for the set distance or time, feeling the work in your calves.
