Balance Trainer Toe Taps
A quick-footed agility drill where you alternate light toe taps on top of the balance trainer. The dome gives you a target to reach for while you build speed and coordination through the ankles and calves. Good for warming up or training fast feet.
How to do it

Stand behind the balance trainer and rest one foot lightly on the dome.

Tap that foot on the dome, then hop and switch so the other foot taps.

Keep bouncing foot to foot, alternating taps on the dome.

To make it easier, step foot to foot instead of hopping.
- 5
Stay tall with your core braced throughout.
