CHEST
Low Cable Chest Fly
A chest fly using low pulleys, which directs the emphasis toward the lower chest more than most fly variations. The cables keep tension constant through the arc and let you control the angle of resistance for stronger muscle activation.
How to do it
- 1
Set both cables to their lowest position and stand in a staggered stance, gripping the handles with an underhand grip beside your hips.
- 2
Keep a slight bend in your elbows and sweep the handles up in an arc toward upper-chest height.
- 3
Finish with your palms facing up and the handles close together.
- 4
Lower the handles back to the start under control.
- 5
Repeat, keeping the movement smooth and the chest working throughout.
