CHEST

Loop Band Standing Incline Chest Press

BeginnerResistance band

A standing press with loop bands anchored behind you that mimics an incline press, targeting the upper chest and front shoulders. Being on your feet brings the core and legs in for balance, and the band tension gives you a full, adjustable range without any heavy equipment.

How to do it

  1. 1

Anchor two equal-resistance bands at roughly chest height behind you.

  2. 2

Turn so your back faces the anchor point.

  3. 3

Grab one band in each hand.

  4. 4

Stagger your stance with one foot forward and brace your core for stability.

  5. 5

Lean slightly forward with your elbows back and out and hands at chest height.

  6. 6

Exhale and press your arms forward and upward toward the ceiling, then return to the start under control.
