Chest Expansion
Chest expansion is a gentle stretch aimed at the front of the chest and shoulders. Opening the pecs this way helps counter the rounded posture that comes from sitting or heavy pressing, and it's an easy way to loosen the upper body before or after a workout.
How to do it

Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart.

Clasp your hands together behind your back with your arms straight.

Lift your joined hands upward until you feel an easy stretch across the front of your chest.

Keep your chest lifted and avoid rounding your shoulders forward.
- 5
Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds, then lower your arms and relax.
