The TRX hip thrust is a bodyweight glute builder with your heels suspended in the straps. Elevating and destabilizing the feet increases both the range of motion and the demand on the glutes. It's a strong glute-focused option that needs no added weight.

How to do it

    Lie on your back with knees bent and heels resting in the TRX cradles.

  2. 2

    Press through your heels to lift your hips off the floor.

  3. 3

    Raise until your body forms a straight line from knees to shoulders.

  4. 4

    Squeeze your glutes at the top without over-extending your hips.

  5. 5

    Lower back down under control and repeat for your reps.
